- All puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, and come with a health certificate.
- We offer a limited health guarantee covering congenital conditions for a specified period from placement.
- Buyers must follow recommended care guidelines to maintain guarantee validity.

3. Payment and Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
- Final payment is due before pickup or delivery.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or other approved platforms.

4. Refunds and Returns
- Due to the nature of live animal placement, we do not offer refunds once a puppy is placed.
- If unforeseen circumstances arise, we may assist in rehoming at our discretion.

5. Product Sales
- All product purchases (such as harnesses or apparel) are final unless defective.
- Custom items may have longer processing times and are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property
